I revised a screenshot of the City Hunter Ep. 03. mostly in Photoshop CS5 and SAI. I redrew the whole picture, and added some new details.

Really..... in my opinion I don't ask too much... If you want to take the paint out, before you do it ask me, please! AND Don't edit the picture! I love "paint" for you guys, but if you do that it's make me sad and disappointed. OK... too much talk
